The 10-position adjustment knob of Atlas allows you to prepare pasta sheets in different thicknesses, suitable for many pasta shapes.

Confectionery

You can use Atlas Slide to mould sugar paste, to decorate cakes and pastries or to prepare sweets such as Turkish Baklava.

Bakery

Atlas Slide can be used in a variety of applications that require sheets of soft and malleable doughs such as Arabic, Pita or Naan bread, bread sticks or dumplings.

HEALTH
We have chosen to use food-grade materials to guarantee the absence of harmful metal particles. The rollers are made of anodised aluminium alloy and the scrapers of polymeric resin.


FUNCTIONALITY
The easy-to-grip crank makes it easier to knead, and the adjustment knob with 10 clear positions ensures the pasta sheet thickness is immediately selected.


STABILITY
Atlas Slide is stable and sturdy thanks to its easy-to-fix clamp and rubber screwed feet, thus reducing work time and ensuring excellent results right from the start.


CLEANING
You can clean off remaining dough residue with a simple brush. Atlas Roller is not water and dishwasher safe!
